La Chamba is moulded by hand from coarse dark grey clay, coated in a fine terracotta glaze.
Prior to first use, clean with mild detergent, fill each piece 3/4 full with water and place in oven, for 30mins at 200 degrees Celsius. This will allow you Chamba piece to seal.
Wooden utensils recommended for use, to prevent scratching.
While it is safe to place in dishwasher, hand washing is recommended.
